CRAFT Toolkit

NIP has implemented the diagnostic tools recommended by the Institute for Collaborative Working:

• Capability Assessment.
• Capability Alignment.
• Collaborative Leadership Profile.
• Maturity Assessment Programme (MAP).
• Trust Index.

The toolkit provides the means to capture actions arising from the selected diagnostics to feed into a Continuous Sustainable Improvement Plan (CSIP) or Relationship Management Plan (RMP), which can also be supported by NIP’s ARC Actions Manager.
